Low Fat High Protein Delicious Waffles!

Waffles! Waffles! Waffles! Who doesn't love them? But can you have them if you're trying to lose weight?  The truth is... ABSOLUTELY!  Isn't that like the best news ever?! HEHE and on top of that this recipe only needs 4 ingredients!

So here is the recipe to this amazing, healthy, macro-friendly waffle recipe: 


1.Birch Benders Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix 

2.ManSports Protein Powder (Blueberry is amazing) 

3.Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 

4.Coconut Oil Spray  

**You will also need a waffle maker.

 How to Make them Awesome Waffles: 

 -In a large bowl, throw in 1 cup of the Birch Benders mix, 2 scoops of protein powder, 1 1/4 c. Almond Milk 

- Whisk all three ingredients together 

-Spray the waffle maker with a light coat of coconut oil spray 

-and then place your batter in the waffle maker, make sure you are familiar on how to use your waffle maker they all cook at different speeds (Mine only needs to cook for 2-3 min)  This recipe makes an average of 4 waffles.

**If your batter is too thick you can use more milk if needed.
