Who doesn't love donuts right? The even better question is who doesn't like donut holes that fits into their macros?
Here is a delicious low carb recipe that won't cause your ab lines to vanish!
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground allspice
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/4c Coconut Flour
1/4c Swerve Confectioners or any no sugar Confectioners Sugar
1/4c Avocado Light Butter or any other light butter
1/4c Unsweetened Apple Sauce
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, save for when donut holes are ready to be lined up
Mix all the dry ingredients only, make sure they are mixed in well.
Now that all your dry ingredients are mixed in well and there are no clumps of powder or anything (All you should have is a nice mixed fine powder). ADD butter and 1/8c apple sauce (no need to microwave or melt butter)
Stir the mixture together and soon you'll begin to make dough. Now ADD the remaining apple sauce slowly (this is for hydration purposes, if you use a different protein powder or flour then you will need to hydrate accordingly)
Now break up your dough into 10 equal parts (if you want exact measurements weigh the entire lump of dough, divide it by 10 and that will tell you how many grams each donut hole should be)***MAKE SURE TO SPRAY YOUR HANDS WITH OIL BEFORE HANDLING DOUGH OR IT WILL STICK TO YOUR HANDS
Now that you have all 10 of your donut holes lined up in your baking sheet. Place in oven for 8 to 10 min. When you take them out they may still be soft, let them cool and after cooling they will become denser.
Place confectioners sugar in a small bowl and dip and cover each donut hole with confectioners sugar
